Hi,

Can anyone share an agenda that they've used to run a strategy review meeting? I'd like to see some examples and can't find any anywhere on the web.

Tina,
We have effective leadership meetings about our strategy, but we are not using a scorecard yet, so I'm not sure if this will help. Our meetings are separate from our operations meetings, and they go something like this.

1. Follow up from previous meetings - this has been really important and kept us focused on doing what we said.

2. Overall Assessment of Progress - we've struggled with this, which is why we are considering the BSC.

3. New Action items or adjustments to our strategy - this helps us ensure the meetings are productive.

We tend to have these meetings quarterly, and they have really helped. We've been doing it for about a year.

Tina,

The most important thing for us was to structure the agenda based on the strategy map that we've been using. That way, we can keep the conversation on topic.
