Best Job Site for BSC?

Hello,

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good job site to search for Balanced Scorecard openings? I haven't been able to find a good source. Maybe we should create a thread here about openings and opportunities.

I've found a good number of jobs on the BSC over at InDeed:

But I agree, there is no one good place to post and search for specific jobs.

Interesting. I'm not currently looking for a BSC job, but I did a search of LinkedIn, and I found that 500+ people list Balanced Scorecard in their profiles. I guess that should come as no surprise since people have been implementing the BSC for 15+ years and there are 20 million people using LinkedIn.

I then clicked on the jobs section of LinkedIn, and searched for Balanced Scorecard. It used SimplyHired to show me 58 job openings related to the BSC. On closer inspection, less than 1/2 of these were really BSC type jobs. Not ideal, but something.

I was motivated by the discussion and I searched Monster.com for Balanced Scorecard. It showed 120 positions, but most did not really look like a Strategy Manager or Office of Stategy Management job. It would be nice to have a place that focuses just on OSM-type jobs. Kim

Does anyone really find jobs through the internet? I guess they must given the proliferation of sites. What I would find important would be a way to have a networking community so that when jobs are open, you would know about them through business friends and connections. That is the way I have always gotten jobs. I made a post about a nonprofit community in Washington. Hopefully there will be a response soon.

Bridgestar.org, a part of Bridgespan, the nonprofit arm of Bain Consulting is a good website for nonprofit jobs if you are looking.

I've found Monster and HotJobs to be almost worthless when it comes to searching for BSC jobs, FWIW.
