Cascading Methods

What's the best way to cascade to individuals? Seems crazy to me to cascade strategy maps all the way down to individuals... But we want to make sure everyone is aligned.

We are working on just modifying our PDP process so that it maps better to the scorecard...nothing too complicated at this point.

I think Abdullah has it right. Don't think of it as cascading down to the individuals. Instead think of it as individuals linking up to the corporate strategy.

Keep it simple or you will end up with an unwieldy bureacracy. Focus on your objectives and keep it simple.
